Brooklyn Bridge Spring Engagement

Check out Cristina & John’s late April engagement session on the Brooklyn Bridge and in Dumbo! I just love being able to capture these iconic New York City engagement portraits.

First, we started their photos at the iconic Manhattan Bridge street in Dumbo and then made our way up onto the bridge. Though it was a busier time on the bridge, I was able to use body blocking to reduce the look of a crowded, touristy location. The sunset glow was perfect which made for idyllic portraits. After a quick outfit change, we ended in Dumbo at the iconic Manhattan Bridge spot. We ended their session down at the Brooklyn Bridge Park with the prettiest sunset views of the Manhattan skyline and the iconic Jane’s Carousel.
