Meet Mr. & Mrs. Mathews! The best word to describe Samantha & Jack’s NYC wedding - ICONIC! Central Park portraits, ceremony at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and reception at an exclusive Manhattan club! Samantha and Jack started as friends in the same analyst class in their first jobs after college in Florida. After some time, the two rode bikes to the beach and that’s when they realized they could be more than close friends. And the rest is history! In February of 2021, they scheduled a last-minute trip to Punta Mita, Mexico, for Presidents Weekend. Jack proposed at sunset on the beach. It was magical!

Their wedding day started with Samantha and Jack getting ready separately at a private Manhattan club of which Jack is a member of. After stunning getting-ready portraits, we headed to Central Park for their first look, bride and groom, bridal party, and family photos. It was a gorgeous spring day in the park. These two could not have asked for better weather. After Central Park, we headed to the most famous church in Manhattan, St. Patrick’s Cathedral. This Roman Catholic church in the heart of Manhattan always takes my breath away. Both the inside and outside of the cathedral are stunning! Jack’s high school priest later became a Bishop. The Bishop flew all the way from the West Coast to marry Samantha and Jack inside the Cathedral. What an honor! After a memorable and sentimental ceremony, these two walked out to a large crowd of tourists cheering them on! What a moment that they’ll never forget.

As we made our way down Fifth Avenue towards their reception venue, a bagpiper joined us to play celebratory music! What a fun moment! Their reception began with a stunning first dance where Jack lifted and twirled Samantha through the air. These two received so many cheers! After speeches from their closest family and friends, it was time to dance and party with Jon Bates Band! It was such a pleasure getting to celebrate alongside you both, and I cannot wait to see how your love story grows! I’m so happy for you two. Congratulations!
