Laura and Jack had a beautiful November wedding at The University Club of New York. Nestled in the heart of Manhattan, The University Club of New York stands as an iconic and historic venue that exudes timeless elegance and sophistication. Their wedding day began with both of them getting ready in separate suites within the University Club. These regal rooms with high ceilings and gorgeously large windows are just begging to be photographed. It’s a photographer’s dream to capture getting-ready portraits in such beautiful spaces. After their sentimental first look in the iconic University Club library, we explored the many portrait location options within the Gilded Age mansion with the couple, bridal party, and their families. We all journey uptown for Jack and Laura to tie the knot at the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola on the Upper East Side. After their beautiful catholic mass ceremony, a quick stop in Central Park allowed us to capture the beautiful fall foliage in the park. The evening ended back at the University Club with an elegant cocktail hour and reception. I loved working with the talented planning team from The Wedding Plan & Co on this wonderful wedding day.
